When is the last time you or a loved one went for a mental health checkup? CFC welcomes you to come in and take care of your mental health. We will conduct a comprehensive assessment, and make recommendations accordingly. Unless longer-term care is clinically indicated and requested, and in the absence of a severe, persistent mental illness, short-term treatment is always recommended.
CFC’s experts focus on heightened mental awareness and skill building, which allows individuals and families to think, feel, and be their best. A CFC therapist skilled in this very active form of brief treatment will help you establish an understanding of your own baseline of functioning and develop a plan to help you grow from there. Together, we will establish goals for your progress. You will be assigned homework, and together we will measure your progress and outcomes based on those goals within one to three months’ time.
